Consultation focuses on empowering YOUR team with strategies and knowledge, rather than providing direct services to the child. We train and support the people who interact with the child daily, creating sustainable, consistent support across environments.
After the initial assessment and recommendations, consultation schedules are customized based on your needs. Some teams benefit from weekly check-ins initially, transitioning to monthly support, while others prefer intensive short-term consultation.
We're flexible! We can provide consultation to individual educators, grade-level teams, or entire school staff. We recommend involving anyone who regularly works with the student for the most consistent outcomes.
Your clinical recommendations report includes observation findings, specific environmental and instructional strategies, behaviour support plans if needed, accommodations, and a recommended implementation timeline with measurable goals.
