Taylor is the clinical director at Spring and has been supporting the success, growth, and confidence of autistic and neurodivergent people between the ages of 2 to 26 since 2016.
She is passionate about supporting clients, families and teams in the areas of emotion regulation skills, early academics, social communication, independence, executive functioning skills, self-management, Augmentative & Alternative Communication, feeding support, potty learning and more.
Taylor's background includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Disability Studies (ABA), Bachelor’s of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Behaviour Analysis (Autism) and a Diploma in Behavioural Science. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.), and an Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Approved Provider.
Her certifications and trainings are in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Project ImPACT, Skill-Based Treatment & Practical Functional Assessment, Interoception, Gestalt Language Processing (Meaningful Speech), Mealtime Miseries (TR-eat® model), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As well as introductory trainings for DIR/Floortime® and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Grace holds a Master’s in Applied Disability Studies and a background in Child and Youth Care. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario with over 10 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Throughout her career, Grace has supported autistic children, adolescents, and young adults across home, clinic, and community settings. She combines evidence-based practice with a compassionate, ecological approach to ensure supports are practical, contextual, and meaningful.
Her work is guided by the belief that ABA should be accessible, collaborative, and empowering—helping families and individuals build growth, independence, and lasting quality of life.

Brittany has obtained her Master of Applied Disability Studies with an ABA Specialization and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ont.). She is an approved Ontario Autism Program (OAP) provider and has training in Project ImPACT and feeding specializations.
Brittany has over 7 years of experience supporting the development and learning of neurodiverse children, youth, and adults (ages 2 and up). She enjoys supporting children and youth in the areas of social communication, independence with daily living, emotional regulation, and early academic/cognitive skills.
Brittany has a passion for neuro-affirming therapy and strives to ensure that each child's unique interests and strengths are incorporated to support their full potential and growth, while staying true to evidence-based ABA therapy!

Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Trent University, Samantha has spent the past two years working as an Early Childhood Educator with children from infancy to preschool age.
She is passionate about creating a safe, caring, and joyful environment where children can express their creativity, curiosity, and imagination. With a strong foundation in child development and curriculum planning, Samantha loves designing playful, engaging experiences that help each child grow at their own pace.
Building trusting relationships with both children and families is at the heart of her work, and she believes collaboration is the key to helping every child thrive.
Samantha's goal as a supervised ABA Therapist is to spark a lifelong love of learning by making every day fun, meaningful, and full of discovery.

Marni holds a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology from University of Toronto and has been working with children of all needs and ages for 15 years. She has a specialized focus in mental health and disability services, with more specific experience across case management, behavioral interventions, and community-based support, with a particular focus on working within marginalized communities.
She brings a positive and youthful energy to her work with kids, ensuring she continues to meet them where they're at to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment. Marni uses child-centred approaches and focuses on having children be part of the conversation regarding their programming to promote self advocacy and awareness.
Marni has been working as a supervised ABA therapist with the ongoing goal to encourage others to learn, grow and engage positively with the world around them.

Claudia holds a Master of Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is both a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA). Over the past seven years, Claudia has had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and teens in home, clinic, and community settings.
Claudia’s work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity. Claudia is deeply committed to partnering with families and individuals to develop meaningful, individualized goals that enhance independence, confidence, and overall quality of life. Claudia believes that effective goals are built on strong relationships, respect for each family’s unique values and experiences, and evidence-based practices tailored to the individual.
Through a supportive and person-centred approach, Claudia strives to empower families in reaching their goals while celebrating each step of progress along the way.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) with an Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University and is currently pursuing a diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) at Seneca College.
She has over nine years of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including the past six years delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services in home and community settings. Stephanie has extensive experience working with children and families, supporting skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and emotional regulation.
Stephanie is passionate about providing person-centered, evidence-based care that reflects each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. She places a strong emphasis on building trusting, collaborative relationships with families, recognizing that meaningful progress is rooted in consistency, connection, and teamwork.
She is committed to fostering inclusive environments where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. Stephanie values diversity and cultural sensitivity in her practice and is dedicated to helping children develop the skills and confidence needed to lead independent and fulfilling lives across home, school, and community settings.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Honours Health Sciences with Minors in Psychology and Aging Studies from the University of Waterloo.
Throughout her studies, she gained extensive experience delivering ABA interventions to support emotional regulation, social communication, and school readiness through tailored 1:1 and group therapy. Megan has also worked in acute healthcare environments, supporting patients and families in the Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care units at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.
Her practice is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming care to promote autonomy, belonging, and inclusion for individuals across the lifespan, with experience supporting children and youth ranging from preschool age to adolescence.
She is passionate about building connections through compassionate, evidence-based support, whether it's crafting creative behaviour plans or empowering clients as partners in the process. For Megan, it's all about celebrating small wins that lead to big change.
